This energy analysis tool can help you lower your bill, forecast energy savings tips based on your data, and provide information on rebate programs or incentives offered by the co-op when you make energy efficiency upgrades.
Walk Through Assessment
$50 or Sign up for Power Savers Rewards
Our BPI Certified Energy Advisors will come to your home and evaluate insulation levels, air tightness, heating and cooling systems, windows and doors, and lighting and appliances, then recommend areas of improvement.
Full Home Energy Audits
$200.00 per heating and cooling system
*Receive same dollar amount rebate (or any lesser amount commensurate to upgrade costs) when you make the recommended efficiency upgrades to your home.
Our BPI Certified Energy Advisors will come to your home and evaluate insulation levels, air tightness, heating and cooling systems, windows and doors, and lighting and appliances. In addition, Energy Advisors will perform a blower door test, duct blaster, thermal imaging, and provide a report with recommendations.
Efficiency Evaluation Post Project Completion
$100
After efficiency upgrades are completed, Energy Advisors will return to your home to complete testing and assist members with any eligible Home Rewards Rebates.
