Laurens Electric’s team represented the co-op well, with Luke Fowler earning 2nd place Overall in the Apprentice division, and our Journeymen linemen bringing home 2nd place on the Obstacle Course and Wire Transfer Events. ![]()

The co-op also took home another prize for winning the 2025 (Cooperative) Presidents Safety Contest. This statewide contest between SC cooperatives recognizes safety excellence. LEC had the lowest number of recordable accidents in 2025.
